Jitu26 Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide for Malaysia Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jitu26 platform, including the official website at jitu26.vu, iOS and Android mobile apps, and all services provided under the jitu26 brand.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms:

• Registering a new account on the jitu26 platform
• Log in to your existing jitu26 account
• Making any deposit or financial transaction
• Accessing or playing any game on the platform
• Claiming or using any bonus or promotion

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Any continued use after changes to the Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Eligibility & Member Registration

To register and use the jitu26 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. jitu26 strictly enforces this age requirement through the Identity Verification (KYC) process.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process requires you to upload a valid identity document such as a MyKad, passport, or driving licence. The process typically takes less than 5 minutes and only needs to be completed once.

3. User Account & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of and all activity occurring under your jitu26 account. This responsibility includes:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members
• Ensure the device used for access is secure and not shared
• Report any unauthorized access to the jitu26 support team immediately

Jitu26 recommends enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings for an extra layer of security. This feature uses an OTP code sent to your registered phone number each time a new login is detected.

Jitu26 will never ask for your account password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or Telegram. If you receive such a request, please ignore it and report it to us immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the jitu26 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods
• All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Jitu26 does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in your own name

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction
• All withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name
• A completed KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed
• Jitu26 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single day

Funds in your jitu26 account are not bank deposits and are not eligible for interest. jitu26 holds player funds in accounts separate from the company's operational funds as an additional safeguard.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Jitu26 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and rules stated alongside each promotion. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover requirement: Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before funds can be withdrawn. Rollover rates vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Valid period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not met within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• One bonus only: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts, coordinating between players, or using wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk — is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all bonuses and further action against the account.

• The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each slot and casino game is available within that game's information section
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by real dealers using physical equipment under live supervision
• Any technical disruption during gameplay that causes an invalid outcome will be resolved based on server records, which are recognized as the official reference.
• Jitu26 reserves the right to void game rounds affected by verified technical disruptions

• Registering more than one account under your own or another person's name

• Money laundering through the platform
• Threatening or being disrespectful towards customer support staff

The jitu26 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous availability free from technical disruptions.

• Jitu26 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service or network disruptions on the user's end
• Jitu26 is not liable for any data loss resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control
• The maximum liability of jitu26 under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim

10. Responsible Gaming

Jitu26 is committed to a responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of tools that members can use to manage their gaming experience:

• Deposit limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings
• Loss limit: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a given period
• Session time limit: Set reminders and limits on your daily play session

11. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your jitu26 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances from your account.

Jitu26 reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the member does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., under 18 years of age)
• Self-exclusion request from the member concerned
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Instructions from relevant authorities

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, an administrative fee of RM5 per month will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by its owner.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the jurisdiction of jitu26's licensing authority.

Should any dispute arise between you and jitu26, the following procedure will be followed:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: Contact the jitu26 customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved within 24–48 hours.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If a resolution is not reached, the complaint may be escalated to a senior supervisor who will review the case within 7 business days.
• Step 3 – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to an independent arbitration process agreed upon by both parties.

The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the official version. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and takes effect immediately. Previous versions are no longer applicable.
